The residential building, built in 1788, was occupied by holders of this courtyard and family members in the past. The outside reconstruction of this building was also sponsored by the state. The roof was renewed and repaired – the house just got the original roof. Here and there, the half-timbering and the windows were renewed.

On the ground floor came a stay room into existence, which is also suitable for smaller festivities (25 people). Next to is a kitchen, a storage room and toilets, which can be used by visitors (rent costs on request).
